In our last episode of All God’s People for 2023, we celebrate the music of Christmas!
Bellissimo is the exceptional handbell ensemble from Redlands Adventist Academy in the Southeastern California Conference. Under the direction of James Walters, who has conducted bell choirs for 39 years at the academy, the 28-member ensemble is made up of students from grades 9 through 12. They performed at March Field Air Museum on December 5 to an appreciative community group celebrating a holiday dinner in Hangar Two. The group played a variety of Christmas carols and closed with “Angels We Have Heard on High.”

La Sierra University held their 76 th Annual Candlelight Christmas concert on Friday evening and Saturday evening, December 1 and 2, at the La Sierra University church. The Department of Music pulled out all the stops to feature their ensembles, chamber groups, and soloists, leading the Riverside community into the holiday spirit for the 76 th year in a row.
