United in Mission: Nevada-Utah Conference Educators Nominate Colleagues Who Exemplify Our Core Values

In a community centered around shared mission and values, each individual’s contributions are important in creating a culture focused on team spirit, service, and dedication. Recently, the Nevada-Utah Conference invited educators to recognize and nominate their peers who best exemplify the organization’s core values: kind-heartedness, service attitude, and people first. These nominations, written by those who work alongside these inspiring individuals, show the everyday acts of kindness, commitment, and excellence that bring our mission to life.
Below is the list of those who were recognized, in no particular order.
Mariann Beddoe I Riverview Christian Academy
Mariann was nominated for her tireless dedication to children’s programs, where she continually steps up to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her peers describe her as someone who “goes above and beyond,” selflessly giving her time to support scheduled church activities and bringing joy to the lives of the children she serves.
Sara Willard I Summit Christian Academy
Sara is celebrated by her colleagues for her infectious enthusiasm and genuine care for students. She is described as “fun, kind, and always putting students first.” She is praised for inspiring students with a love of learning that impacts their lives far beyond the classroom.
Tai Stamp I Vegas Valley Adventist Academy
Tai’s organizational skills and commitment to student growth were recognized in her nomination. Her colleagues note how Tai brings a “systematic approach” to teaching basic reading and math, preparing students for future success. Beyond her teaching, she demonstrates her community spirit by contributing snacks to the teachers’ lounge, a gesture that supports and uplifts her fellow staff members.

Dr. Laura Wilhelm I Riverview Christian Academy
